<p><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="line-height: 1.42857; white-space: pre;"> </span><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">CPN (UML) chairman KP Sharma Oli has said the decision of reviewing number of local level units following the announcement of the election date is tantamount to rigging the election.</span></p><p><br></p><p>Inaugurating the national election campaign assembly organised by the party's Central Publicity Department in view of the local level election today, Chair Oli alleged that acts like distributing electricity poles in the night, transferring the budgetary funds, taking backdated decisions, spreading propaganda against the UML calling foreign experts on hire and creating 'terror' in the Nepal Police are all anti- election.</p><p><br></p><p>The UML chairman complained that the leaders of the ruling parties gave him irresponsible answer when he reminded them that June 14, the date fixed for the second round of the local election, coincided with the Muslim festival of Ramjan.</p>
