<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">A parliamentary party meeting of the CPN (UML) has decided that it won't accept a fresh proposal regarding the constitution amendment to be brought as per the latest agreement between the government and the United Democratic Madhesi Front if the document incorporates same demand of the Front. </span><br></p><p><br></p><p>The meeting took place at the International Convention Centre agreed to give its official views on the matter only after the government official decision to that end, according to party's Chief Whip Bhanubhakta Dhakal. </p><p><br></p><p>Moreover, the party said it was not informed about the government-UDMF latest agreement 'said' to be reached on the issues of citizenship, language, increase in local levels and a second phase of local-level elections.</p>
