Finmin Mahat express his belief

Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, today expressed his belief that the Madhes –centric parties will also participate in the local level elections slated for May 14. 
Speaking with journalists in Chitwan district , Minister Mahat shared that the government is intensifying talks with the Madhes-based parties and added that the election will be held on the stipulated date in a single phase. 
He also said the Madhesi parties are progressing dialogue and preparations for the local polls simultaneously. 
Stating that the government has registered an amendment proposal at the Parliament with modifications to resolve the problems of the Madhesi parties, Mahat emphasized the readiness on part of all for the polls.
