<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Eminent Persons Group (EPG) on Nepal-India relations has agreed to make a common voice on amendment, rewriting and review of the Nepal-India Treaty on Peace and Friendship-1950. </span><br></p><p>At a press conference after the meeting of the EPG today, Coordinator of Nepali group and former minister for Foreign Affairs Bheikh Bahadur Thapa said that intensive discussions have been held in all articles of the Treaty as well as all the aspects of the bilateral issues. </p><p>Thapa said, the Indian side has listened to Nepal's presentations attentively.</p><p>He also expressed his confidence to arrive to a conclusion in the given timeframe of two years adding that the meeting is proceeding in a positive nod. </p><p>As per the agreement, the fourth meeting of the EPG will be held on 29-31 May in Dehradun, India. </p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
