RPP decides on cow as its election symbol

<p>The central committee meeting of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has unanimously decided on the cow as the electoral symbol of the party.<br><br>The faction close to Pashupati Shamsher Rana and Prakash Chandra Lohani, were retaining the plough as the electoral symbol, while those from the Kamal Thapa's faction had sought to continue with the cow.<br><br>The meeting further has decided to launch 'national unity procession campaign' to be kicked off from June 21 to 25 across the country, said leader Rajaram Shrestha.<br><br>The meeting has further welcomed the local poll and has urged the government to address the genuine demands of Tarai parties. &nbsp;<br><br><br><br></p>
