Government facilities misused mostly by politicos

<p>The good governance and monitoring committee of the Legislature-Parliament has concluded that the government facilities were misused a lot.</p><p>During a meeting of the committee, Secretary at Ministry of Commerce, Naindra Upadhyay claimed that the ministry secretary would use the vehicle only for assigned task. </p><p>According to him, most of the vehicles were very old, dysfunctional and requiring hefty amount for repair. </p><p>It was also shared at the meeting that the people in the higher level are taking double benefit for travel- jeep and airplane.
