House starts deliberations over amendment bill

<p>Legislature parliament has started deliberations over the constitution amendment bill presented by law minister Ajay Shankar Nayak.<br><br>In the meeting, house speaker Onsari Gharti&nbsp; announced the commencement of deliberation over the bill. <br><br>Participating in the discussion, parliamentarian of Terai Madhes Loktantric party Sarbendra nath Sukla said the Madhesi parties are hopeful on the passage of bill.<br><br><br><br></p>
