<p>A pedestrian has been killed in a road mishap at Koshiharaicha Municipality-9 of Mornag district along the East-West Highway this morning. </p><p>The deceased has been identified as Padam Kumari Bhatta (Ghimire) of Shadananda Municipality-4 of Bhojpur district.</p><p>According to Police Inspector at Area Police Office, Belbari, Meghraj Thapa. Bhatta died on the spot in the incident. </p><p>The accident took place when a bus en route to Narayangadh from Kakadvitta of Jhapa district hit her. Police have arrested the bus driver and have impounded the vehicle.</p><p>Meanwhile, Mansingh Khatri of Karkigaun-6 of Jajarkot who was injured in a fire that broke out on Sunday in Jajarkot district died this morning in course of treatment in Kirtipur, Kathmandu. </p><p>Earlier, Sangita Khatri, 19, of Nayakbada-2 of the same district had died in the same incident. The incident took place when a hotel Sangita caught fire.<br><br></p>
