SC orders to take action against Silwal

The Supreme Court (SC) has ordered the government to take action the Newly elected member of parliament Nawaraj Silwal for submitting false performance certificate for promotion.
In a full text of the verdict prepared recently regarding the writ petition against then DIG Silwal, the apex court has ordered the government to investigate and take action against those responsible for their alleged involvement in the case.
A full bench of seven Justices comprising has given the verdict regarding the case,
