National consenses materialises after Budget undrosement -Prachanda

<p>Chairman of the CPN Maoist Centre Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said the national consensus will materialise with the passage of the budget.<br><br>Addressing a press meet in Pokhara today, leader Dahal argued that national consensus is required for the implementation of the constitution, resolution of the existing problems and propelling the post-earthquake reconstruction among other issues.<br><br>He stated that an understanding was also reached with the CPN (UML) for forming a national consensus government after the government's policies and programmes and the budget were passed by the parliament. <br>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;<br>He said the gentleman's agreement is implemented through mutual understanding. <br>The CPN Maoist Centre chairman said that the person on whose name the national consensus is forged would lead the government.<br><br>Leader Dahal also stated that the constitution implementation os challenging and national consensus governmnet would address the Madhes movement and other pressing issues.<br><br></p>
