Chinese Railway started study Kerung-Kathmandu-Pokhara- Lumbini railway

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">High level Chinese Railway team has started preliminary feasibility study regarding Kerung-Kathmandu-Pokhara- Lumbini railway service.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>The team of Chinese Railway Authority that landed three days back in Kathmandu, has done feasibility study of railway service in Pokhara and the city's financial capabilities.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>According to Senior Divisional Engineer of Railway division Ananta Acharya, the Chinese and the Nepali team have held discussions regarding the possible route for the railway. </p><p>The Chinese expert team is scheduled is make field visit to Lumbini to study possible railway routes. &nbsp;</p>
