Office of Chief Election Officer, Morang invalidates candidacy of Nashrul

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Office of Chief Election Officer, Biratnagar has invalidated the nomination registered by Mohammed Nashrul Miya, seeking his candidacy for the State Assembly election from Morang constituency no. 6 (B) from the Rastriya Janata Party.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Yadubansha Saha Haluwai registered a complaint against Miya's candidacy, citing that Miya is not the official candidate for the State Assembly election from Morang constituency no-6 (B).&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Haluwai in his complaint attached a letter signed by party coordinator Mahantha Thakur confirming his nomination by the party and the office scrapped Miya's candidacy on the same basis, the office said.</p>
