<p>Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has said that budget allocated to the agriculture and livestock development sector should be increased to make the country's economy stronger.<br><br>Inaugurating 12th convention of the Nepal Veterinary Association today, Vice President Pun said, "Youths who have opted overseas employment will see their future in the country if the state invests sufficient amount in agro sector and attracts them to this profession. <br><br>He further said that it was necessary to implement the 20-year agriculture development policy formulated by the government in an effective manner.<br><br>Similarly, Minister for Agriculture, Haribol Gajurel, said that the policies and programmes brought by the government have incorporated some good plans including farmer security fund and pension, it should be corrected as the budget has only mentioned for carrying out feasibility study.<br><br></p>
