<p>Mid-fielder of the Nepali National Team, Raju Tamang, has been awarded as this year's outstanding athlete for his significant contribution in Nepali football.<br><br> Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli honoured Taman, who plays professional football from Tribhuvan Army Club, with Rs 2.5 million.<br><br>Prime Minister Oli also honoured Bangabandhu Gold Cup winner and gold medal winner players of Nepal National Football Team at 12th South Asian Games with Rs 100,000 each. <br><br>Similarly, Silver medal winners of National women's team in SAG have also received Rs 100,000 each.<br><br>On the occasion, PM Oli said that international standard stadiums are to be constructed in Jhapa and Kathmandu. <br><br></p>
