<p>Two more persons died after consuming wild mushroom in Panchthar district. With this, the death toll has reached seven.<br><br>The deceased have been identified as Pushpalata Mawo of Tharpu-6 and Basanta Rai, 35, of Jasisidanda in Phidim-3, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office, Panchthar, Krishna Prasad Koirala.<br><br>Similarly, the condition of Nishesh Rai of Phidim-3, who fell ill after consuming the wild mushroom, is serious.</p><p>He has been referred to BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences from District Hospital.<br><br>A total of seven people have lost their lives after consuming wild mushroom so far from May 23 and 10 people have fallen sick due to this. <br><br></p>
