<p>The parliament meeting obstructed twice before and rescheduled for 1:30 pm today has been obstructed yet again with the major opposition party Nepali Congress (NC) demanding a probe into the leakage of budget information before its presentation at the parliament.<br><br>With the objection from the NC, Speaker of the House Onsari Gharti postponed the meeting scheduled for holding theoretical discussions on budget until 3pm today.<br><br>NC leader Mahesh Acharya demanded for an inquiry into the incident as he argued that such an incident had undermined the jurisdiction of the sovereign Legislature-Parliament.<br><br>Mr. Acharya argued that the Legislature-Parliament should not proceed with its business until a convincing answer to leaking such important information related to budget was presented in the written form.<br><br>A proposal seeking a theoretical discussion on the budget estimates for fiscal year 2016/017 amounting to Rs 1.048 trillion was scheduled to be presented at the Legislature-Parliament by Finance Minister today but owing to the reservations the major opposition, the meeting has not been able to take place yet. <br></p>
