Writ petition filed at SC against TU

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">Advocate Bishwas Poudel &nbsp;has filed a writ petition at the Supreme Court (SC) against the TU's practice of publishing bachelor and master's level question papers in English language only.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>In the writ, advocate Poudel has demanded that the court issue an order to the TU to prepare the question papers in both English and Nepali languages.</p><p>The petitioner has claimed that the practice of asking questions only in English language is against the spirit of the constitution, which recognizes Nepali as the official language in the country.&nbsp;</p>
