Congress, Maoist and RPP planning anyhow pass the Controversial amendment

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">A meeting held at the Prime Minster's official residence in Baluwatar today morning discussed ways to muster two-thirds majority so as to endorse the constitution amendment proposal registered at the Legislature-Parliament.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>Leaders of Nepali Congress, CPN (Maoist Centre) and Rastriya Prajatantra Party attended the meeting summoned by Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.</p><p>The leaders discussed ways to move ahead with the constitution amendment proposal and conclude the third phase of civic polls slated for September 18 in Province number 2.</p><p>Former Prime Minister and Maoist Centre Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal, Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chair Kamal Thapa and RPP leader Pashupati Shamsher Rana were present in the meeting.</p>
