<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">An entire village at Rubivyali rural municipality-5 in Dhading has been displaced by a landslide triggered by continuous rains for the past two days. </span><br></p><p><br></p><p>As a result, the locals are left with no option other than to take a shelter in nearby forest while houses of some locals have been damaged partially. </p><p><br></p><p>Although a team of experts from the Nepal Reconstruction Authority suggested relocating human settlements at 10 different locations including Rubivyali after finding out that the locations are at risk of a landslide as the land has developed cracks due to the earthquake of April 25, 2015, no measures have been taken so far. </p><p><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span></p><p>The District Disaster Management Committee has also been blamed for not taking initiatives to relocate the settlement beforehand. </p>
