President Bhandari appeals to voters to use their rights

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appealed to all voters to exercise their voting rights in the local level election being held for the second round tomorrow.</span><br></p><p><br></p><p>Giving a message on the eve of the election today, President Bhandari reminded the constitutional need of holding all three-tier of election within coming January 21 and said the local level election carries equal significance to this end.</p><p><br></p><p>The President has expressed belief that the ongoing election will equip the local level with rights and responsibilities, which will pave way for socio-economic prosperity.</p>
