<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The meeting of legislature parliament scheduled for two times today could not convene due to the obstruction &nbsp;of the main opposition party CPN UML</span><br></p><p>House speaker Onsari Gharti Magar postponed the meeting for tomorrow afternoon after UML chief whip Bhanubhakta Dhakal protested the government's decisions to add the number of local units, the impeachment motion against the chief justice, &nbsp;and the amendment to the constitution adding that the party would continue obstructing the house meeting until the decisions were withdrawn.</p><p><br></p>
