EC to publish final list of candidates on May 5

<p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The Election Commission is to publish the final name list of the candidates of the first round of local level election in province number 3,4 and 6 on May 5, Friday.</span></p><p><span style="line-height: 1.42857;">The first round local level election is taking place on May 14.&nbsp;</span><br></p><p>The Commission also stated that it will allocate the election symbols to the candidates also on May 5.</p><p>Similarly, the Commission will publish the names of the nominated candidates at 1 pm tomorrow.</p><p>It has also set the deadline of 5 pm tomorrow for the candidates wanting to withdraw their names from the list.&nbsp;</p><p>The Election Commission had set the time from 10 am to 1 pm today to file complaints against any of the candidates.</p>
