The companies having members of their board of directors include the National Hydropower Company, Nepal Engineering Consultant and Nepal Power Trading Company.
NEA's Executive Director Kulman Ghising will remain as chairman and coordinator of the board of directors of all the companies while representatives each from the Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Ltd and the Electricity Production Company will be the members.
