Chinese President Xi Jinping and Prime Minister Li Kekiyang have expressed interest to embark on an official visit to Nepal at their earliest convenience.
Nepal has put on top priority to those visits by the VVIP duo of neighbouring country China.
Both the countries have issued directives to their respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs to remain standby for the visit arrangements.
Talking to journalists at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) today upon his arrival after completing a five-day China visit, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Krishna Bahadur Mahara shared that the Chinese President Xi and Premier Li will visit Nepal soon.
