Leftist candidate Budha wins State Assembly poll in Dolpa 1 (A)

The leftist alliance has won the State Assembly election in the Dolpa constituency no 1 (A). Leftist alliance candidate Nanda Singh Budha of CPN (UML) became victorious in the election by securing 5,490 votes, confirmed the Office of Chief District Election Officer, Dolpa. Budha's nearest rival Begam Singh Thakuri of Nepali Congress finished the race with 1,213 votes.
