Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has claimed that the leftist alliance has been formed as an anti-democratic force.
Addressing an election gathering organised by the party in Taplejung Saturday, the PM accused the communist alliance of being against democracy, people and federalism.
Similarly, also addressing a programme organized on the occasion of 133rd birth anniversary of national luminary Mahaguru Falgunanda in Fidim, Ilam Saturday Prime Minister Deuba said there is no alternative but to make the democratic alliance victorious in the coming parliamentary and provincial elections.
PM Deuba also the Nepali Congress President, said that NC party had spearheaded all the democratic movements of Nepal and urged the public to vote for democratic allaince for safeguarding democracy.
He also expressed his commitment to develop Labrekuti as a popular religious, historical and touristic destination as Lumbini.
