The legislature parliament has started deliberations over the Nepal's constitution second amendment bill 2073.
Participating in the discussion, lawmakers of the main opposition party, Nepal workers and peasant party, Janamorcha Nepal and CPN ML have criticized the second amendment bill terming it as an unseasonal music.
However, the ruling parties and Federal socialist party lawmakers supported the bill arguing that the bill was tabled in parliament to address the genuine concern of the Madhes based parties.
The opposition lawmakers also demanded with the government to withdraw the bill.

In the meeting, Nepali congress lawmaker Sher Bd. Tamang and Prem Suwal of NWPP stressed on serious talks with the Indian side in the oncoming prime minister's visit to Indian regarding the inundation in the Terai due to embankments constructed from Indian side.
