The Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority has asked the general public to file an impromptu  complaint by dialing 107 if any government official is found asking for a bribe or is showing reluctance to offer service.

Secretary at the commission, Rajan Khanal, said the pilot project will be initiated from  Kathmandu valley from today.

The commission will also place hoarding boards in offices regarding the provision.
